AGX ORIN 自定义载板上电异常

您好,我使用自定义的载板,采用自动开机的上电方式。刷新固件后,上电会出现以下现象（没有使用风扇):

  1. 常温第一次上电后,可以正常启动,电流为0.5A，可以运行到–用户登录–阶段
  2. 重新上电后,就会出现异常情况为：上电期间,当打印日式运行到–[0001.028]I > DRAM ECC擦除模式:完全-后电流为0.1A .
  3. 重复上电,依旧是这样的情况AGX ORIN模块温度为40℃左右。

Is this issue only reproduced with your custom board? Or same module would have problem if using NV devkit too?

是的，只在自定义板卡上有问题。打开风扇就不会出现上电异常情况。会不会与模块的热检测引脚有关系呢

How do you know the actual temperature of module? It seems that your custom board cause such thermal issue. You may need to check the power supply and interfaces design.

40℃是通过手摸尝试的，其实可能还没有到达40℃，感觉英伟达模块是比较凉的。要是检查我的载板和接口设计要从哪里方向去检查呢，我是按照 自动上电 完成上电的。上电顺序为 先 12V上电，然后由12V再产生 5V、3.3V。会和上电顺序有关系吗。需要我上传 载板的PDF文件嘛？
