It looks like the speed is 71.5 Gbit/sec, not reaching 100G.
Is this normal? Under normal circumstances, what speed can be reached?
Yes that is expected. There are known issue that 25GB for each is not reachable.

The results obtained when our motherboard was connected to the T5000 DevKit and ran iperf3 were not able to reach 100G; they only reached around 70G.
You said this is a known issue with the T5000. May I ask how much bandwidth the 100G mgbe can provide on NVIDIA’s side?

Could you please provide us with specific data for us to refer to? Or would it be possible to provide us with your test results for reference?
Currently the speed of one mgbe could only reach about 17-18G in 25G mode.
