AGX - x86 PC Ethernet over PCIE Cable Requirements

Hi all,

We need to connect an Xavier AGX to a x86 PC to bring up an Ethernet over PCIe interface. We think that these cables - specifically the R88NS which has the signal swap - may be useful for the connection. However, we read in this comment that the buffers are required to avoid damage in the AGX - AGX configuration, does this restriction apply also to AGX - x86 or can we use that cable without risk?

That buffer restriction applies to AGX <-> x86 setup also.
