我是oem 厂商人员，
终端客户在使用deepstream 处理4路数据流，预计每路8帧的速率。
以前客户使用的agx xavier/jp4.6 上，deepstream 应用程序表现正常。
后续，有升级jp5.1 的需求，但帧率只能达到4帧左右。
客户交叉验证到，使用的jp5.1.3 系统，帧率也是正常的，能够达到8.
此时，设备都是maxn 最大功率模式。
初步判断，该问题与jetpack 版本强相关。
jp5.1 有gpu驱动方面的问题吗？需要check 下根因。
这个gpu 能力上，oem 人员不可见，也没有修改的能力。

If Jetpack 5.1.3 works as expected, we suggest upgrade to 5.1.3 instead of 5.1. Some issues are discovered and fixed in later releases.
