I contacted Xenon, they seem to think they can deal with it so I’ve posted it to them. Presumably if that’s unsuccessful
they’ll handle the RMA.
I’d love to know what causes the problem. My Nano was fine.

Not sure about the root cause, you can check the feedback via vendor or online chat when process is done.
Just a guess, but probably a bad batch of screws and/or a new supplier. It happens.
Hi,
I still don’t know what caused the tight screws on the Xavier. I returned it to Xenon, the Australian distributor. They removed and replaced the screws. I’m just hoping nothing has been damaged along the way through having to struggle with these 2 screws.
Close the issue if you like.
