AI Workbench prompots for docker or podman every time it launches win 11

Workbench 0.67.9 installed 8/26/2024

Just started seeing this.

  1. AI Workbench prompts to select the container runtime even though docker desktop is installed and running
  2. I select docker
  3. It then runs the installation but not really
  4. then says install is complete

this is actually a docker bug.

they released a fix today.
