AINVR emdx webapi and emdx analytics not working correctly

• Hardware Platform (Jetson Orin NX 16)
• DeepStream Version 7.0
• JetPack Version 6 36.3

I have ainvr deployed on my jetson orin nx, and a custom dashboard to display the stream and roi and tripwire count that comes from emdx analytics and emdx analytics webapi, but when i create and delete rois and tripwires alerts, the alert rules are deleted, but the alerts keeps being sent, this doesn’t cause a problem at first, but as i create multiple times, the emdx service keeps sending those alerts and it takes too much CPU.
Here’s a screenshot of the logs from emdx webapi, the sensors SENSOR and camlyon were deleted long ago, and also their alert rules.

i tried with the new emdx version, it also produces the same results, it keeps sending the alerts after deleting the stream or alert rule
