While running the latest AlphaFold 2.3 on RTX A6000 with 535.129.03 driver, the kernel panics with the attached message.

CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) Silver 4316, two socket
GPU: RTX A6000, five cards

Solved by turning off “Intel VT-d for directed I/O → ACS control” option in bios.
