My CUDA capable system consists of a GTX-285 plugged into a MSI motherboard
that contains a GeForce 8200 chipset. I would like to have the GeForce chipset drive the
monitor and run my CUDA programs separately on the GTX-285. An engineer
at Nvidia suggested this configuration.
My system administrator has configured the GTX-285 as the monitor chipset.
How can I (have him) change this, and what Linux tools allow us determine
what hardware is being used.
We are running Redhat kernel 2.6.18-128.1.10.el5 and we use X11.
Thanks,
zaz
