AMP on AGX?

I am trying to test out the TensorFlow 19.03 NGC container on AGX. Is this supported?
Since the AGX has the Volta arch, I believe that is good. Since the container
requires Nvidia Driver 418, I do not believe those can be installed on the AGX.
