How can I hear an Analog Output audio from a Jetson Nano?
I can’t hear the sound even if I connect the usb speaker.

To hear audio output you can either …
- Connect a HDMI cable to a TV or monitor with speakers
- Connect a USB speaker (as you mentioned)
- Connect a compatible audio card [0]
Please note that option 3 requires modifying the device-tree source code, rebuilding and reflashing and so only advisable for users that are comfortable or have experience with doing so.
If you connect a USB speaker then you should see the USB speaker listed under …
cat /proc/asound/cards
You should also see the USB speaker under the ‘Sound’ settings in the Ubuntu desktop settings. Make sure you select the USB speaker under the sound settings and then the audio should be redirected to that device.
