I have a server running window server 2019, I am wondering that if it is ok
to install Clara on it or should I use linux instead？Thank you.

Thanks for your interest in Clara Train.
Clara train SDK is a docker image that we have tested mainly on Ubuntu. I am not sure how much / If Docker is supported under windows. If you are able to run a basic docker image and expose the GPU into the docker then Clara train/AIAA should work.
