Hello,
I’m unable to access the API Keys page on build.nvidia.com.
Every time I open it, I see the following messages:
- “Please contact support to verify your account.”
- “API Access Unavailable. Please contact support to verify your account access.”
Because of this, I cannot generate any API keys or use NVIDIA APIs.
What I’ve already tried:
- Verified my email address.
- Contacted NVIDIA support by email (I have not received a response).
- Waited several days.
- Tried different browsers and devices.
Could someone please verify my account or escalate this issue?
