Hello NVIDIA Team,
I am requesting assistance with my NVIDIA Build account.
When I attempt to generate API keys on build.nvidia.com, I receive the following message:
“API Access Unavailable. Please contact support to verify your account access.”
I contacted NVIDIA Build Support by email on 31 July 2026 but have not yet received a response.

Development, testing, and evaluation of AI agents using NVIDIA Build APIs and NIM models.
Commercial Use:
None at this stage. Personal research and development.
I would like to know if my verification request has been received or if there is any additional information required from my side to enable API access.
I have attached a screenshot of the error message for reference.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance from the NVIDIA team.
