API Access Unavailable – Brazil – Requesting Manual Account Verification

Hello NVIDIA Team,

I’ve been trying to use NVIDIA NIM APIs but I’m stuck at the very first step. Every time I go to Try NVIDIA NIM APIs , I see:

“API Access Unavailable – Please contact support to verify your account.”

I already received the Welcome to the NVIDIA Developer Program email, so my account was created successfully. But I still can’t generate any API keys.

I’ve already sent an email to help@build.nvidia.com, but I haven’t received a response yet. I found similar threads here in the forum where moderators were able to manually verify accounts, so I’m hoping you can help me the same way.
