Apply offset to automatic fan settings?

Is it possible to apply a (positive) offset to the automatically set fan speed when the card (1080Ti)
is under load?
E.g. when it’s fully taxed, the current drivers set the fan to at most 70% (not sure, determined by the noise level it makes). Is it possible to add a feature to add e.g. 20% more fan speed when the gpu
is fully taxed (at the highest power level for more than 30 seconds)?

A GPU fan curve is flashed into your BIOS and NVIDIA’s own controls (nvidia-settings) are very rudimentary (either auto or manual).
