Applying forces on a satellite with multiple articulations

Dear all,

I am working on a project involving a small satellite attached to multiple robotic arms. Therefore, the whole satellite has multiple articulations. I would like to apply forces on the satellite.

Is it possible to apply forces on objects with multiple articulations?

Moreover, if we apply a force to the entire satellite (at the center of the mass), will the articulations of the attached robotic arms move accordingly?

Is it possible to apply force to each articulation individually and simulate their movement?

yes I believe this should be possible, applying force to articulation should result in correct physics behavior as long as the joints connecting the bodies/links are setup correctly. I did replied to your other question about how the forces can be applied using directly omni physx and USD schemas.
