apt-get update problem

Hi all,
In recent days, when i execute the “apt-get update” command on tx2, it replys following words:

Err:1 Index of /ubuntu-ports xenial InRelease
Could not connect to ports.ubuntu.com:80 (91.189.88.150), connection timed out
Err:2 Index of /ubuntu-ports xenial-updates InRelease
Unable to connect to ports.ubuntu.com:http:
Err:3 Index of /ubuntu-ports xenial-security InRelease
Unable to connect to ports.ubuntu.com:http:
Reading package lists… Done
W: Failed to fetch http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports/dists/xenial/InRelease Could not connect to ports.ubuntu.com:80 (91.189.88.150), connection timed out
W: Failed to fetch http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports/dists/xenial-updates/InRelease Unable to connect to ports.ubuntu.com:http:
W: Failed to fetch http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports/dists/xenial-security/InRelease Unable to connect to ports.ubuntu.com:http:
W: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

It seems to that I can not access the web server. Does anybody can fix this? Thanks very much!

I can ping that address (it’s one of Ubuntu’s/Canonical’s servers). I’m guessing that probably you’re running into a firewall or proxy issue (I’m in USA). Is there any network filtering in the way?
