[Archlinux] HDMI output not recognized for Nvidia Quadro T600

I am running an Arch installation with optimus-manager on a HP ZBook G9 with an NVIDIA Quadro T600 discrete graphics card + an Intel integrated card.

After a lot of experimentation with many setups (bumblebee, gnome-switcheroo, optimus-manager) and drivers (tried nvidia, nvidia-open and the one from the Nvidia download site) I still fail to see the HDMI output recognized from my setup. Hence I cannot connect to an external monitor

Here is some output:

I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks

@kodemartin Have you been able to resolve the issue? I am considering buying a laptop with the same card and running Arch on it.

unfortunately not. I used the thunderbolt port that to connect the external monitor.
