The following additional limitation and restriction applies to use of NVIDIA Attestation Cloud Suite for Research and Development, and Customer is responsible for the consequences of non-conformance with this limitation: Customer may only use NVIDIA Attestation Cloud Suite for Research and Development internally for test, development and research purposes, not in production. Customer may not use the output of NVIDIA Attestation Cloud Suite for Research and Development to develop or provide competing products or technologies or assist a third party with such activities, unless Customer has NVIDIA’s prior written approval.”
