Are these GPUs hybrid between Kepler and Maxwell?

Hello People,

I have a little problem to know if the GPUs GTX 750 (GM-107) and GTX 980 (GM204) are hybrid between Kepler and Maxwell? According I know Kepler architecture has Streaming Processor (SMX) with 192 CUDA cores and 48 Kb of Shared Memory! Maxwell architecture has Streaming Processor (SMM) with 128 CUDA cores and 64 Kb of Shared Memory! However when I run the program DeviceQuery of CUDA Toolkit the information that I get is very confuse!

I need to know if the GPUs where I am doing some experiments are hybrid between Maxwell and Kepler? Or that is a problem of the runtime or driver version??? I am copying the output of the DeviceQuery program of the Two GPUs! I have written in bold some importance differences between architectures!
