Check below command to confirm the sensor HW and driver.

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install v4l-utils

I ran this command but it didn’t output any logs

I simulated this error by turning off the power and restarting it and this error appeared (which means there are times when the code runs normally and times when the code runs and this error appears).

This tell it could be your sensor HW have problem to get frame data.
