Argus Video Stabilization

I found that Argus once supported video stabilization in Argus 0.96

However, my Jetson Nano is on the version of Jetpack 4.5.1 [L4T 32.5.1] with Argus 0.98.

I am using CSI camera and needs the stabilization so that my algorithm can be robust to small shaking due to winds.

Does Nvidia provide its own implementation?

this is removed since we do not officially support video stabilization.
