As the title says, I installed Audio2Face, and it won’t launch. Click the button and nothing happens. Create launches and runs just fine. Any ideas? All drivers are updated as well as windows.
Where did you find Audio2Face ? I think it will be an app like Create.
I saw it this afternoon. But now I can’t find it. where is it?..
Thank you for the interest in Audio2Face.
We are almost ready to launch. We found some issues in the release version and we are fixing it as soon as we can. We will keep you posted as soon as its ready. Stay tuned and watch for the announcement section for updates.

What versions of audio2face are you guys seeing and installing?
You should be seeing 2021.2.2 version, that should be the correct version.

I see the new version now. Installing and will report back.
2021.2.2 still wont launch. Click launch and nothing happens.
Great, pls let us know your findings. We found a few bugs while testing release yesterday and the latest version out there 2021.2.2 should fix it. It would be good to verify.
OK, we will take a look asap. Thanks!
@severepain , can you try one thing, go to where Audio2Face is installed
you can find that from the “settings” in the app version dropdown menu
Open the location where it is installed.
Then manually double click “audio2face.kit.bat”
And see if the app will launch fine.
Let me know if you see any error message also. Thanks!
Bat file launches, runs some stuff and then I see a bunch of red error messages and it closes too fast to read them
Got it, bit odd, as we have tested on many machine is working on our QA side.
Do you mind giving us your HW and OS spec? What is your computer, and windows version? (Windows version wise, it is supported on 1909 and above)
If you don’t mind, if you run the bat in command prompt, those messages will stay up and copy and paste here would really help us narrow this down. Thx.
