Is there any autofocus camera available for TX2/TX1 with raw RGB(10 bit or more) data output?

Read it with /dev/video and you should get raw.
Edit: Didn’t see you also need 10bit – I don’t think the above one does it.
This one is autofocus, raw 10bit, and USB 3 (which should work on TX2, at least if you build the right module for it):
Btw: no cameras will give you raw RGB; that’s not how they’re built. Raw formats are some variant of YUV. You can convert them to RGB yourself, or let the driver do it.
