Can we have access to this file to test? I just want to see how this example works on a Win7 64 bit machine with PVF for Fermi 460-480 cards.

Hi Kevin,

We requested it from the authors but they haven’t sent it to us yet. Hopefully we’ll have it soon and the authors will allow us to redistribute it.
