Case 01228660, IKON Marketing Suite, hitting the same domain-mismatch rejection — email and AWS account are both on my company domain (ikonmarketing.net), no free email provider used. AWS Console support says they have zero visibility into Activate decisions and can’t escalate. Rejection email claims manual human review but gives no specific reason. Has anyone gotten NVIDIA Inception to escalate this directly on their end? Any working contact for that would help.
