AWS Activate Request Fails with 500 Error

My company (Nexquard Technology Private Limited) has been approved for the NVIDIA Inception Program, and I have successfully added my product (Destnly). The AWS Activate benefits are visible in the Benefits Catalog.

However, whenever I click Request Benefit, the request to the benefitActivityTrigger endpoint fails with an HTTP 500 BenefitsCatalogException, so I cannot access the AWS Activate application.

Could you please check my account and enable the AWS Activate benefit?

A fix for the issue causing the 500 error has been implemented. Please try clicking the “Request Benefit” button again. Please allow a few seconds after clicking for the page to refresh.
