I called and confirmed both my GB10 order and my Mikrotik order. Then nothing…
I got a message from chat that was closed, no ETA on either. It looks like they sold GB10 stock they don’t have.

Wild… I was thinking of ordering from them just before the massive price increase a few weeks back. Hopefully they get it straightened out for you.
Mind checking what you received for your order email? I ordered a CR804 on the 25th and mine stated:
Complete
Sep 25
Confirmed
Sep 25
We’re preparing these items for shipping.Sep 25
I’ll be running four nodes via dual DAC rings temporarily until the switch ships.
This is specifically for gb10 and crs804. I ordered in July (804). I cancelled. I went with a 520 for my 2nd rail
Amazon Microcenter GB10 2 packs for 10k. 2 people had payments decline on Amazon. If their accounts get suspended, the rebuy is in 40 minutes.
I’d never have thought Amazon and all the other online stores would be so pathetically bad at fraud prevention. It’s crazy. I’d have thought they’d have someone call the customer and confirm the order or something easy like that, but no, seemingly based entirely off of “it’s an expensive item”, they all just cancel the order, sometimes without even directly telling the customer.
Then to make it even worse they seem to treat the fact they incorrectly flagged the first legit order as fraud as meaning it’s likely any next order is fraud, the entire time being difficult or impossible to get any support, or yeah, outright suspend or ban the customer’s accounts too. It’s a huge issue in e-commerce that doesn’t get talked about anywhere near enough. I’m really glad to see more and more people talking about it.
Personally, I think there’s likely some awful, third-party “fraud prevention” company that’s figured out how to worm its way into having all these e-commerce shops as clients and Amazon and everyone is just blindly trusting them while not even checking how terrible of a job they’re doing. It just seems too unbelievable to me that so many stores would all be equally horrible at letting people purchase things. It’s like they think they’re banks or something, which are already doing the fraud prevention more than well enough in my opinion.
