Bangladesh (+880) is not available for phone verification on build.nvidia.com (Unable to Verify NVIDIA Account)

Hello NVIDIA Team,

I am a developer from Bangladesh and I would like to use the NVIDIA NIM Cloud APIs available through build.nvidia.com.

Unfortunately, I cannot complete the required phone verification because Bangladesh (+880) is not available in the list of supported countries. Since my country is not supported, I cannot receive the OTP and therefore cannot verify my NVIDIA account.

I initially contacted NVIDIA Customer Care, and they advised me to post my issue here because this requires assistance from the NVIDIA Developer team.

Their response stated:

“Kindly post your query on the NVIDIA Developer Forums… The appropriate team will review your query and assist you further regarding available verification options for developer services.”

Could someone from the NVIDIA Build/NIM team please advise whether:

1. Bangladesh will be added to the supported phone verification countries?
2. My account can be manually verified?
3. There is an alternative verification method for developers from unsupported countries?

I’m following up on this issue. I have already emailed help@build.nvidia.com with my account details and screenshots, but I haven’t yet received a resolution.

Could someone from the Build/NIM team please review my request or let me know if any additional information is needed?
