I created a Huntress character with Real Illusion´s Character Creator and exported it to Omniverse, and then setup the lights using HDR Light Studio connector.

Still, the refinement (aka subdivision) feature is needed here so much, missing it is the only thing that spoils the illusion imo.

Wow! That looks great. The redhead’s head has an unnatural position, it looks separated from the body.
Edit: It’s probably the separate lightning.
I made the wrinkles & blemishes less visible… Trying to find the balance.

So I made new, much faster renders:
8 min rendering ( RTX 2080 Super )
120 samples
5 motion blur
And one more but these setting are too low, noise in eye is too much:
4 min rendering
90 samples
4 motion blur
