Hi, I am using Entron’s F008A120BM0A camera with AR0820 sensor.
When trying to use the camera binning mode I get the following message from the nvsipl sample application:
(Run nvsipl sample application with -c F008A120BM0A_BINNING_CPHY_x4)
Sensor AR0820 RCCB Rev 1.2 detected!
nvmedia: ERROR: AR0820 Rev 1.2 doesn’t support the binning mode
nvmedia: ERROR: Please use AR0820 Rev 2.0 or later
I am trying to understand if its a hardware requirement or is binning mode not supported by the camera driver for Rev 1.2?
Is is possible to enable binning mode for AR0820 rev 1.2 sensor by changing/updating the driver?
Would appreciate if you can provide some clarification.
