blank Screen after Install nvidia 430 on Ubuntu 18.04

Hi,

I m getting black screen after installing the new nvidia 430 driver.
System Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
Nvidia 1060

Xorg.0.log says:

VM or bare metal?
Please run nvidia-bug-report.sh as root and attach the resulting .gz file to your post. Hovering the mouse over an existing post of yours will reveal a paperclip icon.

Bare Metal. I added the nvidia-bug-report.log.gz at my first post.

The logs are from when you’re running nouveau, it has to be created while the nvidia driver is loaded to catch the error.

Not really.
General options

Thanks. I did the upgrade and removed the xorg.conf.
It looks different. While reboot there is no white cursor, just a black screen but the same error in the log.

I add a new nvidia log report.
nvidia-bug-report.log.gz (1000 KB)

Already tried downgrading the driver?
e.g.
apt install nvidia-driver-418
or even
apt install nvidia-driver-390
