Omniverse create 2022.3.
For some reason the Blast panel is missing. I have the Blast extension installed.
Can you help me understand and fix this problem?

Try disable and enable the extension, it will show up somewhere
Unfortunately it did not work… :(
Another user just posted about the same thing, but found that it was there all the time, under this menu. Can you check this menu again
