Blender Eevee GeForce GT 710 render glitch

I’m using Blender and its Eevee render engine which uses GPU only. It produces glitchy render results. Every Blender scene renders glitchy, even the simplest default cube. There are random black frames, and sometimes the colors or brightnesses are wildly incorrect, totally unacceptable render errors.

After inspecting the issue, I have found that Blender is not using the dedicated GPU at all but somehow uses the integrated. How I found this? The system monitor shows no GPU activity during the rendering process but the CPU activity increases.

I have tested all the available proprietary drivers and the glitching still happens. I also tested the open-source driver ‘X .Org X server’ and it allows Eevee to use the dedicated. No glitches in the rendered images, no rise in CPU activity. But I cannot use the X. Org driver because it crashes the system always very soon.

Is it a driver bug or where’s the problem? How to fix this?

My system is Kubuntu 20.04 and the GPU is GeForce GT 710. nvidia-smi gives the following:

Done. I blurred names and compressed it back, hope it’s okay.
