Bluetooth mouse and keyboard both shown connected but both not working

I have a pair of Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. I managed to connected them to my Jetson orin nano development kit. But they are not working at all.
The package installed on my device is as following

I searched around here and found some similar topics. But they all closed before a useful solution found. Hopefully, I am lucky this time. Thanks for your attention.

Hi,
Please check which Jetpack release you are using. This looks to be a known issue in Jetpack 6.0. It shall be fixed in Jetpack 6.1.
