BoM around RTC for MTTF calculation

Hello,

We connected a coin cell BAT to the VDD_RTC directly and the system works pretty well.
To calculate MTTF of a system, we need some information about RTC circuit of TX2 module.
Could you share BoM if there is any coin BAT protection part?
