I have had this issue for a good while, since kernel 6.7, i have been unable to use nvidia drivers since using always updated software and drivers. I have seen multiple people using a Dell G15 5530 reports a similar issue with nvidia drivers but never able to solve it quite.

The issue:
Most of the time : a page fault happens during the boot process and makes the system freeze during the loading
Some times, rarely, my systems goes through the boot process but will often freeze soon after
My system:
Dell G15 5530
Nvidia 3050 Laptop
Drivers : Latest 565, installed through RPMFusion
Fedora 41
Wayland
Secure boot disabled
Boot arguments:
rd.driver.blacklist=nouveau modprobe.blacklist=nouveau + any combation of nvidia-drm parameters (modeset=1, fbdev=1)
Temporary fix ( really not ideal )
Currently my only way to use nvidia drivers in a stable way is to use kernel 6.7.
