Use SDKmanager it does everything for you. Just make sure you don’t have a DP cable attached to the device during the flash.
How can I set the booting device in SDK manager? I just found only flashing the orin in sdk manager
Once skdmanager builds the os image, it will present you with a screen to configure flash. The last box is the boot device.
