Boot using sd-card on Jetson Xavier NX

Continuing the discussion from Boot from USB on Jetson Xavier NX:

I am having jetson xavier SOM and AverMedia EN715 carrier board. I am using the link - [Jetson/L4T/Boot From External Device - eLinux.org](https://guide for external device)
as the error after running $ sudo tar -cpf - * | ( cd /mnt/ ; sudo tar -xpf - )

Can someone help? I want to use the remaining sd card storage space as internal storage post this.

Need to clarify the situation first. Is your SOM a emmc based module?
