Broken links for L4T 32.7.2, L4T 32.7.1 and older

Hi, the BSP download links for both Nano and Xavier are currently broken for L4T 32.7.2 and L4T 32.7.1, likely for anything older than L4T 32.7.3 which is working.

To reproduce this behavior, one can go to https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/linux-tegra-r3272 and click on L4T driver package (BSP).

Is this something that can be fixed?
