BT/BLE power variation on TX2 question

Hi,

I measure BT/BLE power on TX2 (in BT test mode), but power variation is too big on different channel.

BT:
CH0:4.12 dBm
CH39:8.30 dBm
CH78:6.07 dBm

BLE:
2402MHz:-0.24dBm
2442MHz:3.5dBm
2480MHz:3.12dBm

Is it the normal BT power performance on TX2?
or different fw_bt.hcd can change BT power performance on TX2?
