BT/Wifi Antenna on TX1

Hi,

BT/Wifi module on TX1 is BCM4354. According to the technical reference manual of this part number (BCM4354), there is an option to share one antenna for the BT and Wifi.
I am asking about the BT/Wifi coexistence support for the TX1.
Are there any disadvantages of using only one antenna for the BT/Wifi?
For that matters, important metrics are:
WIFI throughout (TX/RX), BT/Wifi interference, die size (when TX1 is integrated on a PCB), any software aspects.
power consumption etc
