I am facing a severe synchronization issue on my NVIDIA NIM / NGC dashboard. When I try to generate a new API key, I get the error message: “Actor reached maximum allowed number of keys in service”.
However, my API Keys dashboard shows “Total 0” keys, so there is no list available in the UI for me to select and delete old keys.
I inspected the browser DevTools and noticed that requests to ‘api.ngc.nvidia.com/.../PLAYGROUNDS_KEY’ return a 400 (Bad Request) or 401 error. Because the frontend fails to render my existing keys, I am completely locked out and unable to free up space.
Could a support engineer or moderator please manually flush/reset the API keys counter for my account?
