Bug with CUDA 2.3 Emulation mode only after reboot

Hello,

I have a problem on my macPro with 8800GTS. I install cuda 2.3 with this method:

  • toolkit
  • driver
  • sdk

After that, I can launch deviceQuery and it display my 8800GTS. But after a reboot, the result of deviceQuery is “There is no device supporting CUDA”. So I reinstall the driver and it works fine. But after the next reboot the problem is coming back…

What can I do?

Thanks for your help, the solution is to copy and past both commandlines in a terminal.

sudo chmod g-w /System/Library/StartupItems/CUDA/*
sudo chmod g-w /System/Library/StartupItems/CUDA/
