I am reaching out regarding an online course that I am taking: Building Conversational AI Applications. I had nearly completed all the steps during the course, but just before finishing the last two in evaluations’s notebook, the server went down, preventing me from completing the course.
Also, I mistakenly pressed Evaluate instead of “Start” which resulted in a failed status. When I attempted to proceed again, I faced multiple issues. I tried restarting the server several times that day, but it didn’t work. Finally, it worked but I had to start over and redid all initial notebooks. Resulting on consuming lot of time allocated for this course. I left the notebook open to continue later, but when I returned, the server had disconnected. Unfortunately, I received a message that I had exhausted the allocated lab time for my course enrollment. I tried again today, but I got the same message.
Would it be possible to extend my lab access or advise so I can complete the course? I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this matter.
