Building USD and HdPRMan USD Hydra Delegate for use with Kit

Has anybody here used Kit to compile to USD for Windows and the Pixar RenderMan Hydra render delegate? Or do I need to compile the USD and Imaging plugins first?

I also wanted to mention that it looks like full Hydra support is still under development on the Ominverse Public Roadmap . This roadmap shows what we are working on for the next release.
