Burned Chip on Jetson Orin Nano Dev Kit While Measuring PWM Voltage – Need Help Identifying

Hi everyone,

I’m working with the Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit, and I ran into a problem while checking PWM voltage from the GPIO pins using a multimeter. During the measurement, one of the chips on the board burned out.

I’m trying to identify which chip it was so I can better understand what happened and possibly replace it (if feasible). Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have insight into which component might be affected in this scenario?

Any help with identifying the chip (part number, function, etc.) or advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
