Burned Jetson Orin Nano module

Hello,

My jetson orin nano 8gb module has the 516 chips burned out. These chips can be seen in the photo attached. Can someone tell me what are thse chips so i will be able to change them. Even better is there any schematic for the module (not the carrier board).

It is not recommended to repair the Jetson Orin Nano module. Module schematics are not provided.
