Busybox file system problem when starting up

HI
I was making my owe file system use busybox on TX2,It can work now,
But I Come across a problem
when the system starting up,the usb device
was not work Including mouse and keybord,it must wait about 1 minute ,
I don’t know where the problem is,could anayone help me?

Could you have detail information how you build your own file system use busybox on TX2 and the version.

I build busybox on tx2 with command
